P3D Realist double-exposures

Greetings 3Dlings,

I have noticed that the last couple of rolls I have shot with my Realist
contain some double exposures. On the second roll I made extra sure that I
didn't accidentally shoot over the same exposure and that I properly
advanced. I could see that the feed reel was moving, but alas yet two more
pair ruined.

Could the advance sequence be screwed up? Any suggestions regarding a test
other than putting a dummy roll in and marking the frames? Anyone else
suffer this problem? Is this camera ready for Zak?
