P3D Hand Built Stereo Cameras

Bob Maxey asks about building stereos from the ground-up:

Sort of depends on just how handbuilt you require something to be.  To 
one degree or another everybody's cobbling parts from other cameras 
together.  Are we allowed to canabalize film-handling mechanisms?  
Shutters?  Lenses?  I think it speaks to most folks motivations.  VERY 
few custom stereo cameras are built for nothing more than the fun of it.  
The builder is usually doing so because they desire some feature not 
found on the classic 50's cameras:  Full-frame images, better lenses, 
interchangable lenses, etc.

Camera builder's list???   What's the address of that one anyway?  
Sounds like fun.
