Thank you George for your kind words, for I don't deserve any of them.  I just
got back after a 3-day trip out of the country and felt terrible the whole
time I was gone for the inappropriate, rude and hurtfull (not to mention --
way off-base) comments that I made in response to a post by George.  It was a
severe over-reaction to a particular comment of his on my part.  I offer my
sincere apologies to George and to any of you who were offended by my
comments.  I am truly sorry.
As many (if not most) of you know (and some have pointed out), George has made
tremendous contributions to the field of 3-D photography.  His informative
newsletters will attest to his knowledge, research and passion for the field.
He has also helped many people learn more about 3-D photography and offers
some outstanding (better than new) viewers and (now) Realist cameras at very
reasonalble prices, along with many other 3-D related items.  He has helped
get many new people get started and also helped many not so new (to the hobby)
enjoy it even more. I could go on, but I'm sure that I could not do his many
prolific accomplishments to 3-D justice.  
Lastly, I will also mention that I have relocated out of the Chicago area.
Therefore, I will not be participating in any offficial capacity in the
Chicago Stereo Camera Club after September. The comments that I made were mine
and mine alone and not those of the club.
