P3D 3D photo needed

Well, a flat photo might be even better.  I have looked all over for a
photo I had of a street sign in London which warned of a fine to be
levied on those in charge of dogs found fouling the footway. I need a
picture of this sign or at least the correct wording.  I took the 
picture I had a long time ago and I can't say I remember seeing such
signs on subsequent visits.  London seems to invoke memory loss in me,
something to do with the beer.
I know this is off the subject a bit and I apologize, but this is such a
cosmopolitan group I thought it worth a try.
We shall heap gifts on anybody who can find me a nice picture of this
sign.
