P3D OSPS Meeting this coming Tuesday!

The O-hi-O Stereo Photographic Society (in Cleveland Ohio) will
have its first meeting of the 1998-1999 season this coming
Tuesday Sept. 1st.  The program is as follows:

- Guest speaker Norman B. (Bill) Patterson, General Secretary
  of the Stereoscopic Society of America (SSA) will talk about
  SSA and show slides/prints of past officers/members.  Mr.
  Patterson is a quiet legend in stereo, with a regular column
  in Stereo World and many articles in such diverse topics from
  actresses of the past century to Scanning Electron Microscope
  stereo pairs.  He is also a fellow of NSA and the recipient of
  the Lou Smaus Award for best articles on Modern Stereo Photography 
  in 1986 and 1998 and the Edward Berkowitz Award for best articles 
  on Historical Stereography in 1988 and 1995. 

- Open Projector:  Members will bring slides to "show and tell"

The meeting starts at 7:30 and it is open to every one.  Email
