Perhaps a person in the fifties had a chance at a decent education, but
many people today really *can't* do simple things.  If they could, they
would.  It's a fact that 25% of adult American's can't address an envelope
or write a check properly.

I don't think marketing's job is to say "things are too complicated", their
job is to *not* say "you're dumber."
