While I don't find it disgusting, I appreciate any notes indicating
possible nudity at a web site.  We're allowed a bit of latitude when
"surfing" at work, however, reviewing pornographic sites is strictly
forbidden and actively watched for.  So I actively avoid any sites that
would even hint at an "adult" content.
