I have a Vivitar 283 flash and the Reel 3D attachment for the Realist.
Didn't use it for a long time and meanwhile the instructions were lost.
Help would be appreciated in setting the flash (for about 10-12 feet.)
What color band should be used on the side knob and what color
setting on the front knob?  Also -- at what speed and aperture should
the Realist be set -- using Kodacolor Royal Gold print film, ISO 200.
