P3D Flash help

Yes, thank you Linda!  And thanks for adding the suggestion to
use low power flashes in manual mode.  Manual mode works too and
the proper choice of aperture is not very critical.  There is a
wide range of depths that flash will work well, around the 
recommended setting.
