P3D Re: The Judge cometh, for Depth
Boris, I really think that this judging experience will enrich
you as a stereo photographer. Good luck and let us know if and
how it affects you!

I have seen a PSA judging of the stereo image of the year and I tell
you that I will not be concerned again if my images do not come
anywhere close to being awarded there. The fact that it is a
judging of the image of the YEAR does not mean anything. Like in
any other judging you have 3 average judges (who do not represend
the stereo photographic establishment in any way) stating their
opinions. There was no consistency (same image was given top score
by one judge and lowest by another). The end result (awarded images)
means nothing other than 3 random people's confilicting opinions.
Your opinion is just a 4th one. And so is mine....
Again, have fun and do your part to bring PSA to the 21st century!
And, remember, just give an extra point or two when you see MY images
flash in the big screen! :-)
