P3D Re: B&H Film & mailers

I think that's because they are separate (in terms of how Kodak sells it).
I think B&H is just selling one of each in their "package" price
(and why price is the same as buying separate).  When I've bought
film and mailers from B&H, I didn't notice any connection between
the two other than both saying Kodak and both being shipped in the
same outer box.

As I understand it, Kodak (in the U.S.) isn't allowed to bundle film 
and processing together (even for Kodachrome where the alternatives to
Kodak processing is limited).

This subject has been spoken about recently in the Kodachrome list.
