P3D ISO spec

I just spent a frustrating search on the net for the ISO spec for the 5
perf stereo format.  I've found the id is:

ISO 515:1973

but I can't find the document.  I found the ISO home page in Geneva, but it
is very poorly designed. I found a price in Swiss francs, but for the life
of me I can't find an order form.

I tried to get onto ansi.org in the USA, but kept getting broken pipe errors.

Can anyone direct me to a copy of this specification?  Hard copy in a
library is fine, if you can tell me where to look!
