Well actually I said the large scale art installations were fewer, meaning
the large sculptures. The bizarre and wild elements were as extreme as
ever, and the creativity was evident everywhere.

Estimates are somewhere between 13,000 to 16,000, I think. Definitely
more than last year.

Great. I think everyone should attend and there are few events that present
the stereo photographer with so many wonderful shots. A few words of
warning however. First and foremost, you must participate and add to the
creative environment. Second, it is an ANTI-commercial festival, people
are not even allowed to sell things, and any commercial application of
the event is controlled by the organization. I always get permission to
photograph people, and I have turned down offers to use the images for
profit.
