What George says is very true, (and Andrea's post), don't be thin
skinned and all will be well. I have been busy the last week
and almost posted some messages but decided not to, untill I 
think them through. I didn't like the first draft! ;-)

Even if the post is well thought out, it might loose in the
translation to the written word because of the lack of other
body and vocal cues. Makes a posters job twice as hard to convey
what and how he means it.

So for those on the side, COME ON DOWN! :-)
