P3D final solution/thank you

To unite the busy/manners threads, I've come up with the best solution.  I
am going to unsubscribe, and consult the archives when I have a question.
This method skips all the dreck, and gives me access to all opinions, both
people who currently subscribe, and those that have grown weary.  Lord
knows, almost everything on P3D is a rehash of things that have been said
before.

Archives: http://calcite.rocky.edu/photo-3d/ghindex.html with a userid
"photo-3d" and a password of "calcite".

I'd like to extend a public thank you to Bob Wier, who keeps this list (and
several others) on the air.  On top of that, he devotes the resources to
keep all of these messages online and searchable in the archive. If you've
never run a list, you can't imagine the extra time it takes to keep things
running behind the scenes.

It's a valuable and generous thing to do, Bob.  Thanks.
