P3D Re: PHOTO-3D digest 3002
>>Well, I was appalled at the general standard of mounting at NSA Richmond.
As
far as I can remember, there were only about two or three shows where the
mounting was accurate. The others varied from various grades of window
violation down to "shouldn't be projected at all"...
Question: You mentioned that there were Window violations. What does a
slide have to do to violate the Stereo Window? Just curious. For me, I love
to violate the window. I love stereo where as much as possible comes
thorough the Stereo Window, But that is just me.
I would like to hear other views on the criteria for mounting and window
placement.
PS: Someone told me that they think the Sci-Fi Network is going to run half
a dozen 3D Movies back to back in November. I wonder if others know about
this? "Parasite" and "House Of Wax" were mentioned. The message came from
a Technical Writer's Group Post, read by a fellow 3Com Intranet Web
Developer, and sent to me Via E-Mail. So I do not know any details or if it
is true or not.
