Does this format include the super-duper-wooper lossy compression that HDTV
uses, or must it use lossless compression for  medical use accuracy?  I'd
assume the latter with the mention of OC-3 or OC-12 links to the home
being required (something that Bill Gates *might* be able to afford
right now).  :-)
