P3D 3-D Pairs to Anaglyphs

Hi,

I'm new to this list and wondering if there is a prefered or recommended
programme for taking stereo pairs and automatically turning them into
red/green anaglyphs?

Also at the recent computer industry trade fair there was a game from Eidos
that one could toggle into anaglyph mode.
