P3D Kodak lens adjustment

Hi all.

I have a Kodak whose right lens focuses a little bit closer than the left.
I have the parts manual, which has all the cutaway views, but I can't tell
how far I need to go with disassembly to adjust the focus of one lens.

Can anyone give me an idea of what this involves?  I don't want to break
the linkage between the two lenses by attempting to force one to turn.
