Yes - we had extremely spotty coverage on the internet over the past 4 days.
The trouble was located today in the line entending from the basement of the
building where the CSU/DSU is located out to the street. US West had to
switch over to a new set of wire pairs. Hopefully more or less normal service
has now been restored.
