P3D 3-D Litmus test

I think there is still airspace in continuous depth photos--it's just 
that it lies above the plane of the smoothly cut grass or the floor 
of the corridor.  It is perceptible as a distinct volume of airspace 
into which one could walk.  But there must be detail in the grass, or 
in the floor, to make the airspace feelable.   I love such spaces.
