P3D storage of stereo

I use small airtight tins with gaskets on the lids for roll film. But I try
to mount it a day or so after reverse rolling it up for mounting. They do
take up space, but it is better than cutting them up to put in envelopes.
As far as plastic bags go, there are some who believe this is not a good
idea because of out gassing. Also, never use a rubber band because the
sulfur in the rubber causes problems. I stay away from PCB File Pages -
especially those for coin collectors. There is no way to tell what they are
made of or if they were treated.

I think I also would have to ask about how long you are going to store the
film before mounting. If it is short term, the issues of materials and the
dangers they can cause to a photograph is a moot one.
