I didn't find a full tutorial, but a lot of good
articles on this subject. You can try to begin with
Art^n and its Pshcolograms (search "lenticular linescreen"
with an internet search engine like hotbot).
There is a good online book from the Polygraphic European 
Institute covering the lenticular print, but I think
that it is written only in Italian.

More lenses you have, more thin is the lenticular sheet,
closer is the field of view and more difficult is to
print over it. In other words, the lpi (lenses per inch) 
depends on the size of the resulting image, on the observation
distance and on the thickness that you need.
