Unless you can separate the stereo pairs into thousands of vertical
strips and orient them correctly you will have problems. Then again you
will probably need a camera with 3 or more lenses.
Edmund Scientific sells sheets of lenticular material.

In theory, you should be able to accomplish this by printing through the
lenticular array. One image is projected from the right side of the
array and the other from the left. Two strip images could be produced
under each lens strip. You would need a long enlarging lens to
approximate "collimation." Process the print and register with the
lenslet array by hand. One lenslet array may be used for all.
Another way may be to do digital. Turn the photos sideways before
interlacing in DepthCharge Developer Studio. The lens spacing has to
match the interlace period to make the print work.
