P3D Scareo on TMC?

Along with the showing of the Realist featuring monster movie
"Them," this Halloween weekend, TMC also showed a "One
Reel Wonder." Apparently from the '40's, the MGM B/W short
featured, in the narrator's words "Scareo...stareo..uh, there's
that word again!"  It had ballons blowing up, a mouse heald out
on a stick and other gimmicks (I guess to make one's date
clinge closer :-) ). It even prefaced with a semi-serious
explanation on how stereo worked.
