interested stereo (3-D) photographers. The meeting will be held in the
Betty Rissberger Community Room of the Webster Public Library, 1 Van Ingen
Drive (behind 1000 Ridge Road), Webster NY .
Doors open at 6:30. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, ending at
8:30 PM. (Room must be vacated at 8:45... options for a different meeting
place with longer hours are being vigorously pursued) The meeting is free
and open to anyone interested in stereo photography.
Meeting Topic: Night Time Stereo Photography
Meeting Agenda:
Greetings, then a presentation of the Meeting Topic, followed by Q&A and
discussion.
Night Time Stereo Photography, an informal presentation inexpertly led by
Bill Davis and David Boyer will be a discussion of equipment, techniques,
subjects, hints, tricks, tips and caveats for stereo photography after the
sun goes down. Information will also be drawn from the collective
experience of the membership. Included will be a slide show of various
examples of practical 3D night photography. Bring your advice, your
questions or both.
Time permitting, the discussion will be followed by an "Open Projector"
slide show. Bring a *few* slides that you would like to see projected for
the group, either related to the meeting topic or just to enjoy! Polarized
glasses will be available for use. Clean polarized glasses will be
available for sale.
(Just kidding...no clean glasses available at all. :--) )
The Library building and the Community Room are accessible to persons with
physical disabilities.
>From Rochester, take 104 East towards Webster across Irondequoit Bay and
exit at Hard Road. Turn right on Hard Road, then a left on Ridge Road at
the light. A quarter mile on left is the Town Hall/Police Station. Park
in upper lot, Library is below.
Pencil in the Monday December 14 meeting on your calendars. Same time and
place. Topic will be "home-built" projects. Extra tables will be set up
for members to display and describe their hand-crafted wonders.
