P3D dual ektagraphics

Excellent piece by Bill Duggan on the dual-Ektagraphic projection
system.

IMO this system is the most rugged, reliable and easy way to give an
automated stereo slide presentation. I've just hauled my Ekta's + Chief
stand over 3000 miles for 5 lectures and the equipment performed
flawlessly -- not even a burned out EXW.
