There was a large Chihuly exhibit at the Portland Art Museum last summer
and I think high definition (at very least) would almost be required to show 
the substantial detail in a lot of his work.  Truthfully, "real" 3D probably is
needed, he's got some really uh... "interesting" work, so even HDTV by itself
may be  inadequate for someone to properly appreciate it.  :-)

I know my local PBS station is broadcasting HDTV, now only if I had
a HDTV set for it to matter.   If anyone needs a beta test site for
their HDTV receivers......  :-)

P.S. - Can't wait for high-res mode hdtv camcorders with stereo
       attachments..... :-)
