They warn against ALL lasers, with no further qualifications? Wow - I hope
CDRH doesn't find out that some medical practitioners are using lasers to
change the shape of the cornea to correct vision - they'd probably faint!

If you're not allowed to look at anything (other than perfect light absorbers)
the laser pointer is shining on, that would seem to greatly limit 
their applicability. ;-)
