I've done many stereo presentations for many types of audiences. By far my
favorite audiences are kids (I did THE 3D SHOW for several years at school
assemblies) grades 3, 4 and 5: when that first stereo image blasts out of
the screen, a wave of enthusiasm nearly KNOCKS YOU OVER! It's a group
"WHOA!" and the excitement continues for over 30 minutes... I really enjoy
the reaction from youngsters that I rarely get from adults...
I can't help but think that the 3D/stereo illusion is a magic enjoyed by the
kid in us...
Those grown-ups I know that are enamoured of this magic seem to have
retained the childlike wonder that too many cynical adults have long
forgotten.
Yes, 3D is magic~ sometimes done with mirrors!
