I'm surprised to hear that Adorama's used department has gotten
reasonable. The last time I stopped in there they told me that a
Holmes viewer they had in the display case (which looked like it was
only good for kindling) was a few hundred dollars.
I was in Olden the other day and they had Sputniks with cases marked
at $680-750. I didn't bother looking at the 35mm stereo stuff (I was
there looking for a 6x9 folding camera), but in the past they've been
pretty high.
