P3D lenticular movie posters

Has anyone actually seen these lenticular movie posters which frequently are
for sale online (Species II, Lost World, Shadowbuilder, etc) ?  Are they
actually 3D or are they simply flicker-pictures? If they are 3D, how would you
rate their quality in terms of the 3D effect?  Thanks.
