>I can't remember the brand name, but I read several mentions this Summer
of a split screen device for camcorders. My question is: Could I use
this on a digital camcorder which shoots on micro digital video tape and
have these converted into side by side prints for viewing and if so,
what labs would do this? What is the brand name of this splitter and
e-mail address or phone number?<

I don't recall a discussion about a beam splitter for video (can't imagine
that would be easy to view!) and so I think you are probably referring to
the NuView adaptor from 3D Video, Inc. which creates an alternate field
image. It would be very tricky to convert these images to side-by-side
images, and I don't think it would work with a digital still camera,
anyway. (Sorry not to follow your instructions to impart all information to
you personally and privately, but after all, mass communication is the
purpose of a mailing list in the first place.)
