P3D 3-D dolly commercials

Greetings 3Dlings,

Noting the discussion and links regarding the cool 3-D dolly effects now so
popular in commercials, I decided to check out a theory of mine. Go to the

and download a couple of the examples. They are big, so put on a pot of
coffee. When they are finally downloaded dig out a pair of pulfrich (sp? -
or pop one lens out of a cheap pair of sunglasses) glasses and take a look.
Guess what happens? Yep...exactly what I thought would happen...Three-Dee!
You might want to flip the glasses and look again since the effect depends
upon direction of movement vs. which eye is darkened. A cool effect is even
cooler.
