P3D Dolly Motion Software

I was wondering if I (theoretically) had a series of cameras that I
could trigger at the same time if there was software available to put
the images together in a sort of dolly motion animation.  I know I could
make an animated gif but I want something more compact.  Also, I would
like to have a manual scroll bar at the bottom to change the speed.  Is
there a simple animation type program out there?
