Put the film identifier on the left lens (to fill the blank chip at the beginning of the roll).  Set the focus at infinity and expose for your lighting conditions, i.e.. sunny 16 outdoors.

After using one, I thought of trying to do in camera dupes using it as a closup lens.  I did some tests using a card with squares within squares to judge the size of magnification of the lens, and found that it isn't quite
close enough for a 1:1 dupe.  Also, the straight lines were bent inwards pretty drastically, so the lens is certainly not the quality needed.  It was a nice thought though.
