P3D Re: pulfrich effect
Quoting from Tony Alderson, quoting from
Ron Keas (digest 3094):
>I ran across a web site that described how red and cyan lenses are
>better for pulfrich effect than the one dark lens. (...) The
>information on that page claims that the one dark lens causes eye
>strain.<
It seems to me that (the) one big advantage of Pulfrich is retaining
the original colour. The major disadvantage of Anaglyph is that the
colour sensation at least is drastically altered.
If I read this right, using fairly saturated filters with a Pulfrich
source will lose the colour, so it might have been better to use
anaglyph, and not have to whizz about so much!
