That's odd. I too (possibly) have the same problem. Still it only occurs
when I make close-ups. 
When I set the lenses on the shortest possible distance my subject on one
image is very sharp and the other one blury. From a certain distance on,
the difference disappears. I tried to disassemble it to adjust but
allthough I managed several repairs before I couldn't see how to proceed
here. Since it opens from the bottom (Leica) and not the back the is no way
to check with a ground glass to start with.
