P3D Eyesight

Boris,

    You should get a hold of a book by Alduous Huxley on improving your
eyesight without wearing glasses.  The name of the book escapes me now
but I found it extremely helpful.  Maybe someone else has heard of it.
I found it in my local library and used it often despite the fact it is
quite old.
