P3D Re: 2D to 3D software

This is what I was thinking but didn't have the guts to say it.

I had a great deal of fun recently shooting Pulfricht video.  I got my wife
to drive me through the Cotswolds (I know, it sounds painful).  We got some
interesting footage that was really easy to view.  (I punched out one eye
from each of two pairs of cheap sunglasses).

Going to the trouble of converting to field sequential doesn't offer any
great benefits to my mind.

Am I missing something?


PS I was lucky enough to get one of the NU-View adapters recently.  It
provides a lot more effective 3d video without the limitations of Pulfricht
(The only limitation is on your pocket I guess :).
