Just for fun, how much would you price an application as discussed here?<

Although I've weighed in on this idea privately via E-mail, Tony Alderson
so perfectly echoed my feelings, I didn't bother to comment further
publicly until now. The biggest problem with the whole idea, as Tony and
several others have commented, is that it is an expensive, high-end
implementation of the lowest-end 3D technique of all, Pulfrich video.
Manipulation of still images, which this system also apparently addresses,
is already well covered by the Stereo Image Factory, and those of us who
are into video editing on a sufficiently professional level to have Adobe
Premiere can easily offset images to create pseudo-Pulfrich AF now. The
only thing new that this software brings to the table is the ability to
adjust the offset and the direction a little more easily, apparently.
Therefore, I would recommend trying to go for a fairly low price, to appeal
to an audience that does not already have the various tools at hand to do
what the software does. (Besides, as I have often said, a $100 package will
probably sell more than four times more copies than a $400 package.)
