I followed with a few selected stereo 41x101 slides, using my "new"
Brackett Dissolver for the first time in public. This projector
takes some "getting used to". I like the ability to be able to
dissolve from 2D to 3D as Bob Brackett has shown, for example, in the
"3D Museum" show. However, I noticed that there is a small rotation
between left and right side in my projector. Also, the slide holder
in the left side does not hold the slide as securely as in the left
side. My Dissolver is an early model (no. 17) If anyone has any
experience on these early models, I'd appreciate any help!

There are endless adjustments that I could have been put in the
Dissolver. Of the four generations of Dissolvers....you have one of the
earliest models...where thee was no rotatioon adjustment in that
design..so there is nothing that can be done. Later generation
Dissolvers had individual adjustments for rotation....even then it is
hard to get rid of that slight effect of the image rotating a most
minute amount. When the projectors are aligned properly...this effect
is almost negligible.

This wont happen in the newest Faders, since they are single stereo
image projectors...and can be aligned to each other as they ate two
separate entities..rather than a single one, as found on a Dissollver.
