P3D Vertical Twinning

All this talk about mounting an Olypmus XA pair reminded me of a burning
question I've had for some time...  I've tried mounting my Pentax ME Supers
bottom to bottom (I like the Pentaxes because the tripod mount is directly
under the lens), but I have yet to figure out how to keep them both aligned
on the same plane.  Any suggestions?
