P3D VM reel preparation

Hello, all:

	I have been engaged to shoot a variety of scenes in stereo, featuring the
product of a New York-based client, for conversion into VM reels to be sent
out as part of an advertising campaign.  The client seems less than totally
satisfied with its choice of a California-based computer graphics outfit to
convert my shots and the client's own computer-generated graphics into VM
format.  The problem seems to revolve around long-distance communication
difficulties (not face to face), and turn-around time.  Does anyone know a New
York-area graphics house that can help with this?  I'd appreciate any help.
