P3D b&w paper

I was wondering what kind of b&w paper you make your own prints use. 
I used to use Ilford RC matte paper, but it doesn't come in bulk (I've
already got some $15 boxes) so I switched to Agfa who sells all
surfaces in bulk, but their matter looked like Ilford's glossy
surface.  And it picks up so much colour from the stop.  Do you guys
use RC or FB?  What paper is the mattest (least reflective)?  I've
never used FB but am thinking about it.  Can anyone give me a quick
rundown on the differences (on or off the list, whatever you think is
most appropriate)?
