This is correct.....some people with extreme eye
spacings or perscriptions may have a problem with the 45mm lenses.
I have one customer who I had to custom machine modify the COMBY
housing....so that he cold screw in the individualy focusing lenses,
beyond the standard point allowed in the viewer, and the lenses would
clear hat point and also extend to the maximum interocular
distance...to  accomodate his
extra wide eye spacing.  This is a rare exception though.
