While the Nu-View attachment does have a fixed base, it does allow for a
certain amount of "toeing in" which allows the window to be moved back and
forth relative to the subject, making it more flexible in this regard than
the Toshiba. (I'm a fairly conservative videographer, who believes that the
main subject should always be very close to the window when possible.) Of
all the problems Ray has cited, I think the reflectiion is the most
important--if you are not very careful about your lighting, you'll get
weird light reflections bouncing all around the attachment!
