Here's one I showed Jon G just this weekend...

Take one of Harry Richard's cool masks and stick it BEHIND your RBT
mounted slide in the handviewer or projector gate. The result is a soft
version of the mask which is only partially opaque, allowing some view
of the portions of the slide behind the mask. Kind of a "soft window"
effect, maybe similar to Mark's translucent window?

In the hand viewer, my combo produces a BIZARRE effect when you move
your head relative to the viewer... the mask appears to move far more
than the image mounted in the slide! I think it reminded me of the 60s,
but I can't quite remember...
