Today's Astronomy Picture of the day:

is a great shot of Spiral Galaxy NGC 253. It was taken with a detector
that is a mosaic of 8 CCD's with a total of 8192x8192 pixels. It has
67-Million pixels!!!! =) 

I can't wait for that to trickle down to the consumer level! I know, I
am day-dreaming, but...
