P3D Wrebbit (3Discover) superior customer service

Hi all,

  I bought a 3Discover viewer with 4 carts
from the Sell's just before Christmas:

  I had some trouble with 2 of the carts
and rather than send them back to the US
(postage and customs implications since
I live in Canada) I phoned Wrebbit's toll
free number (thanks Gabriel).

  After a few replacement carts (sent out
via UPS 2 day right after I phoned) it was
determined that my viewer was defective so they
replaced it and gave me a free viewer for my trouble.

  I'm very happy now and wouldn't hesitate
to buy more carts when the urge hits.

  BTW on the latest viewer and packaging it
is called the Discover 3D viewer, not 3Discover
any more.
